Director General of NPO, he is responsible for general organization of the rally.

NPO has built its reputation not only for his organization, reliability and accuracy of the layout and road-books, but also for its effective safety device.
- The layout of the course and the road-books draft are made by Cyril Neveu in collaboration with Stéphane CLAIR.
- On the ground, 200 people make up the team organizing the rally. Officials, race, restorations, logistics, promotion ...
The team of medical establishment is composed of 25 doctors including 2 doctors motorcycle, 3 helicopters, 1 Medical PC, 5 tangos (nursing cars ).
