Director General of NPO, he is responsible for general organization of the rally.

• NPO has built its reputation not only for his organization, reliability and accuracy of the layout and road-books, but also for its effective safety device.
  
  
• The layout of the course and the road-books draft are made by Cyril Neveu in collaboration with Stéphane CLAIR.
  
  
• On the ground, 200 people make up the team organizing the rally. Officials, race, restorations, logistics, promotion ...
  The team of medical establishment is composed of 25 doctors including 2 doctors motorcycle, 3 helicopters, 1 Medical PC, 5 tangos (nursing cars ).
